There are 88-story hotel is connected to the shopping center Vientiane City and has complete supporting facilities around it.

There are 320 rooms and suites which includes Ganlan style of Zhuang characteristic suitea bove the 72nd floor with spectacular skyline views of the city.

Meanwhile, there is a food court and specialty Chinese restaurant, 1 lounge and 2bars and 1 cigar bar located above the 68th floor.

For this project we JDKY signed a contract for 1.73 million CNY，which is all for solid furniture.
