(1)Organizational support. Establish a project team with specific responsibilities:

Project Assistant: Assist the project manager in supervising the implementation progress of various tasks, responsible for liaising with Party A and relevant construction units, participating in project reviews, and following up on project progress.
Project Chief Designer: Fully communicate with Party A, conduct on-site inspections and measurements, carry out layout design, product scheme design, process drawing deepening, and cooperate with on-site construction supervisors during product installation.
Planning and scheduling supervisor: responsible for executing contract production scheduling, organizing material and material quality control, following up and providing feedback on production progress and process quality control, ensuring timely, quality, and quantity completion of contract orders.
On site construction supervisor: As the on-site representative of our company's distribution center, based on the actual situation of the project and the actual needs of the customer, according to the construction plan and configuration quantity, strictly follow the project implementation plan and schedule, organize manpower, vehicles, tools, configurations, cooperate with relevant construction units to implement product installation process control, cooperate with Party A's acceptance personnel, and project manager to debug the product according to the product technical requirements Acceptance work, and cooperate with relevant personnel of Party A to conduct usage demonstrations and product maintenance training, and prepare engineering archives and hand them over to Party A after completion acceptance.
(2)Project Implementation Procedure
1、Communicate deeply with customers, understand the needs of Party A, and provide Party A with reasonable design intentions and technical services based on our company's professional knowledge and experience as a designated supplier of numerous hotels; Provide reasonable modification suggestions for the product that comply with bank security regulations and process requirements.
2、Designers conduct on-site measurements and design furniture layouts, product quantity configurations, and product solutions based on demand.
3、The Party-A shall negotiate the furniture plan and propose modification suggestions after full communication between both parties.
4、Adjust the final design and production plan of furniture (production drawings, material confirmation layout, and quantity configuration) and submit it to Party A for signature and confirmation.
5、Provide physical or textual explanations of the details in the plan (sample sealed) and submit them to Party A for confirmation.
6、Both parties sign a contract, and then Party A arrange the deposit payment.
7、Arrange the execution of the contract, organize material plans, and issue a production schedule (according to the progress requirements of Party A, provide the "Production Schedule", "Production Implementation Status Summary", and "Product Site Installation Implementation Plan").
8、The production schedule shall be adjusted and changed according to the on-site progress of Party A. The progress and production arrangement shall be adjusted after both parties reach an agreement through consultation.
9、After the production of all contract products is completed, submit the "Construction Notice for Mobilization" to Party A. Based on the on-site situation, negotiate with relevant personnel of Party A to adjust the product on-site installation plan, clarify the installation time, location, and equipment usage, and coordinate the maintenance of on-site finished products and environment.
10、Implement on-site installation according to the "on-site installation schedule" (submit the "on-site installation order book" to Party A and require every person participating in on-site installation to strictly follow it).
11、After the installation is completed, both parties will conduct acceptance, and our company will transfer the backup of some engineering files and relevant product spare parts to the relevant competent department of Party A.
12、Our company will issue an acceptance report to Party A to apply for payment.
(3)Process Control
1、The requirements for the confirmed layout design drawings provided by our company to Party A for construction:
① Product distribution within the interval;
② Product name identification and product specification identification;
③ Clear spacing of main channels;
④ Text description of special functional areas;
⑤ Distinguishing signs for reserved settings;
2、The layout shall be made in quadruplicate, with one for filing, one for inclusion in the engineering archives, one for Party A, and one for the supervision company. The drawings shall come into effect with the signatures of our project manager, designer, and project leader designated by Party A.
3、After signing the contract, if there are changes to the site of Party A and reasonable adjustments to the quantity and section layout by Party A, Party A shall submit a written request (stamped). Our company will do our best to cooperate and adjust various schedules accordingly based on the results of the changes. If there are expenses related to the contract, our company will submit them to Party A according to the actual expenses incurred.
4、The written communication documents between our company and Party A regarding this project will be compiled into files by our company, which will serve as engineering archives for future reference. After completion, they will be handed over to Party A.
Transportation plan
The transportation of goods and products from the processing site to the location is entirely carried out by land truck transportation, which is undertaken by 11 cooperative transportation companies of our company. 一、Horizontal Transport
Horizontal transportation is divided into ground level transportation and floor level transportation. The loading and unloading of goods and materials in this project will be carried out manually and with auxiliary machinery, and they will be reasonably classified and stacked on site. The principle of using as much as possible will be adopted, and the stacking area will be compressed as much as possible. When entering goods, the name, specifications, quantity, time, and site occupation area of the goods should be planned and coordinated in advance, so as not to affect the construction progress due to site reasons as much as possible.
二、Vertical Transport
Based on the on-site inspection, the following measures are taken:
1、Purchase materials according to the specified time, arrange a dedicated transportation team, and plan the time reasonably based on the construction needs.
2、Prepare a material entry plan in advance, count the quantity and transportation time of this batch of materials, and apply to the owner, supervisor, and relevant units. For special materials, a dedicated warehouse should be applied for storage.
三、Climbing transportation
According to the on-site situation, if it involves projects such as installing ceiling finishes in the lobby and constructing the entrance facade, scaffolding must be installed for construction. During the construction of the ceiling, a steel pipe movable platform (sports car) is used as the foundation, supplemented by a herringbone ladder, and a flat scaffold board to form a climbing operation zone.
Finished product protection plan and measures

If fire extinguishing equipment is not equipped on each floor, our project department will equip it according to our construction area to prevent any potential hazards.
9. Strictly store paint and flammable materials separately according to regulations, and prohibit the approach of sparks. Strengthen a reasonable warehouse management system, and sign for goods in and out.
10. Civilized construction must be achieved on the construction site.
11. Smoking is not allowed on the construction site. Those found by our project department will be fined, and those who are fined twice will be dismissed.
12. For flammable and explosive construction waste, it should be cleaned every day and poured into the designated location on the construction site for centralized treatment.
Cleaning measures for the assembly site environment
1、Pack the packaging materials neatly. If the customer keeps it, it should be stacked at the designated location by the customer. Otherwise, please ask the customer to provide a proof of departure and take it out of the site.
2、The ground is free of paper scraps, packaging fragments, parts, and debris.
3、If there is any debris left by the decoration company, clean it up together.
